It started with a mirror, and a lot of frustration.
Cortova began the way many good ideas do: with a problem that wouldn't go away. Our founder noticed their hair getting thinner, edges weaker and growth slower, and did what most of us do. They tried everything. Shelves of products, endless promises, and months of waiting with very little to show for it.
Instead of giving up, they started asking better questions. What does a healthy scalp actually need? Why do so many hair products promise everything and deliver so little? That curiosity turned into late nights of research, conversations with people who struggled with the same thing, and a simple belief: hair care should be honest, simple and focused on the root.
